Monday

Breakfast- Berry waffles (WG), fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk

Lunch- Hamburgers, ketchup, buns (WG), roasted sweet potato wedges, fresh cucumber slices, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Tuesday

Breakfast- Cheese strata (WG), fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Lunch- Double bean chili, steamed brown rice (WG), shredded cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Wednesday

Breakfast- Blueberry bagels (WG), cream cheese, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Lunch- Baked pesto chicken, whole grain couscous, seasonal vegetable medley, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Thursday

Breakfast- Banana pancakes (WG), fruit compote topping, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Lunch- Ricotta cheese ravioli, garlic broccoli, chilled sweet corn, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Friday

Breakfast- Cinnamon oatmeal, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.

Lunch- Curry chicken, steamed brown rice (WG), green peas, fresh cucumber slices, fresh fruit, low-fat (1%) milk.
